Battlefields #6
This is the third and final chapter of “The Fall and Rise of Anna Kharkova” story arc. It is well written and wonderfully drawn. What will Anna do now that she’s in a prison camp? Read and you’ll find out. Rated mature, this is a great series!

Garth Ennis’ Battlefields #5 (of 6): The Fall and Rise of Anna Kharkova Part 2
This is an interesting issue. We get to hear all about Anna Kharkova and how a friend helped her through a court-martial. There is some action but the story is mostly dialogue. Worth a look.

Garth Ennis’ Battlefields #4 (of 6) The Fall and Rise of Anna Kharkova Part 1 (of 3)
This is a riveting tale of a female Russian pilot captured by the Germans in 1944. She strikes up a relationship with a British doctor in a concentration camp. The story is mostly dialogue but writer Garth Ennis does a superb job of keeping it moving and engaging. This is a series to watch. Rated mature.

Battlefields: The Green Fields Beyond Part 3 of 3
In this, the final chapter in the series, we are treated to tons of action. A tank group is surrounded by thousands of Chinese soldiers during the Korean War. Will they make it to safety in time? Garth Ennis has written a real treat and Carlos Ezquerra’s pencils do the story justice. A good read.

Battlefields: The Green Fields Beyond Part 2 of 3
This miniseries is excellent. The characters, British soldiers in the Korean War, are colorful and engaging. It shows that war is indeed hell and that it makes for good storytelling.

Battlefields: The Green Fields Beyond, Part 1 of 3
Set in the Korean War, this story is about a group of armored cavalrymen. It focuses on their back stories first but lays the groundwork for more action later.
