Dejah Thoris and the Green Men of Mars #2 (of 4)
The Green Men are monsters. At least those who have Dejah Thoris captive are. Prisoners are taken one by one to be tortured, killed, and be fed to the Green Men. John Carter is featured only briefly, showing him wondering where Dejah Thoris is. The action mostly takes place in the dungeon where Dejah Thoris is a prisoner. Rated mature, this is a very good read.

Dejah Thoris and the Green Men of Mars #1 (of 4)
There is peace between Helium and Thark thanks in part to John Carter. But something happens that will surely strain relations to say the least. This is a good start to the miniseries. Rated mature, the ending of this issue is truly creepy.
